Cancellation by the client
Each experience has its own cancellation deadlines, communicated before your booking is confirmed. We always recap them for you by email.
Weather and unexpected events
If an activity (hot-air balloon, quad, excursion) is cancelled due to weather, we reschedule it for another slot during your stay or offer an equivalent experience. If nothing is possible, it is refunded.
Rescheduling your stay
Rescheduling is possible subject to our partners' availability. Write to us as soon as you know your new dates.
